I started training with George as he came highly recommended by a friend of mine. At first, I didn’t think I needed personal training because I’d always been pretty active, but George has helped me to understand that personal training is more than just being active.
In only 6 months, I feel so much better about myself and everyday tasks feel so much easier these days. I’ve also adjusted my food and water intake the amount of sleep I get which has benefitted me a great deal.
George is a really great guy and trainer and I like the fact that he’s able to relate more to my lifestyle (as he’s more mature than the PT’s you find in a gym). He understands that life is hectic and is always willing to work around me whenever possible… we train in the small park behind my house as he has all of his own equipment. He even has patience with me when I’m exhausted and don’t want to carry on – he always encourages me to do as much as I can.
George is very knowledgeable and I feel I have learnt a lot from him during the time I’ve known him. I feel happy with my decision to give him a try and would definitely pass on my recommendations, just as they were passed to me!
